A Trip to Rosemount Estate

The children visited a local estate to explore and appreciate the wonder of nature in the local environment. The children have previously made a fairy door at Christmas and a member of staff went to the estate to hide it before the visit.

The children loved hunting for the door and the children worked very well as part of a team to help each other find it. On the trip the children managed to find even more fairy doors, knocking on the doors to see if anyone was in. 

The children also explored lots of different parts of nature discovering lots of bugs on the logs and snow drops beginning to grow.
