Quality Assurance and Improvement Plan at Rompers
During our session 2016/17 management and staff will be using the large board in the cloakroom to evidence our quality assurance and improvement plan.
Professional development is important to us and inline with the new Education Scotland document “How Good Is Our Early Learning and Childcare?” which was published in February 2016 we are looking to evidence the following aspects of our practice;
- Leadership and Management
- Learning Provision
- Successes and Achievements
By looking closely at these three areas with the support of recent policy and document, Rompers hopes to be able to continue to develop our high standard of professional practice. As these three areas are critical in order to assess the overall capacity for improvement we wish to invite parents, visitors and other service users to review this board regularly and provide suggestions and comments.
